As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll help to resolve all customer queries and ensure that customers are satisfied with our service and products. Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering a superior experience
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous office experience and be IT literate

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a banking environment would be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Be holding face-to-face appointments with potential and existing clients
  • Open new accounts and products for customers, as well as be servicing their needs.
  • Deliver a personalised and friendly service, every day
  • Actively raise fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations – determining the best way we can support them
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms and giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us
