About The Position

The Customer Service Advisor role at Mister Car Wash involves working in a team-oriented and fun environment. Key responsibilities include building trusting relationships with customers, recommending products and services tailored to their needs, and consistently delivering outstanding service and hospitality. Advisors are also expected to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the location and adhere to all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills
• The ability to connect with customers
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
