About The Position

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This role involves working in a fun environment, building trusting relationships with customers, and recommending products and services that best meet their needs. The advisor will be responsible for creating "Wow" moments for customers through outstanding service and hospitality, helping to maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness, and following all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• The ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
