About The Position

This is an opportunity for a customer service professional in the insurance sector. The insurance customer service representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current policyholders by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and offering policy suggestions. The role also involves generating policy quotes and providing coverage advice to new and potential customers. The company offers training and support to help the individual build knowledge and confidence in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with preparing and processing bond documents
  • Gathering and organizing required paperwork
  • Submitting requests to insurance carriers
  • Tracking deadlines and following up as needed
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in our agency system
  • Supporting producers and team members with client requests
  • Resolving billing issues for current policyholders
  • Amending policies for current policyholders
  • Making policy suggestions for current policyholders
  • Generating policy quotes for new and potential customers
  • Providing coverage advice for new and potential customers
