We do not require automotive experience, but customer service/sales experience are preferred. Qualified candidates can work well in a team setting, have great communication skills, and are efficient in fast-paced environments. A valid driver’s license is strongly preferred as it ensures your career opportunities will not be limited but is not required. The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube), helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician that is also responsible for creating a positive guest experience, which they can achieve by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout their visit!
