Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to address customer inquiries with professionalism and patience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with electronic document management and basic office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree and 1+ years of related experience, preferred
  • Previous knowledge of the surety industry is a plus but not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Assist in servicing designated group of clients or book of business as it relates to marketing, claims, administration, and sales
  • Be the go-to person for managing customer inquiries, emails, and phone communications.
  • Keep records accurate, handle financial requests, and assist with tasks like processing cancellations and managing office supplies.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as this role involves regular interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders through email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize will help ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Contribute to building positive relationships with clients and colleagues, making a real difference every day.
