Requirements

  • Valid Hawaii Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.

  • Experience with dispatching, call centers, or FieldRoutes software.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, managing inquiries via phone, text, and email.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and manage field technician dispatching.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise customer records using FieldRoutes software (comprehensive training provided).
  • Administrative Support: Assist with billing, account updates, lead management, and sales team coordination.
