About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a family-owned independent Coca-Cola bottler that is the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Coke Florida sells, markets, manufactures and distributes over 600 products of The Coca-Cola Company and other partner companies including Monster Beverage Corporation and BODYARMOR. Coke Florida is looking for a Customer Sales Manager based out of our Palm Beach location. Monday-Friday with occasional nights/weekends. The Customer Sales Manager “CSM” is a comprehensive-selling role that reports into the Territory Sales Leader. The main objective is to penetrate the customer (Walmart and Sam's Club) at multiple levels within their organization build relationships and grow our mutual businesses through the sell-in of promotional activity, displays, and local marketing programs.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
At least 3 years of consumer goods industry experience, preferably in a sales role
Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data
Proficient in computer application skills
Ability to use and understand mobile applications
Ability to work variable schedule, potential weekends, and holidays
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by company
Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years
Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
Frequent lifting of 25+ pounds. Occasional lifting of 50+pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling
Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print
Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday
Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or Beverage category experience preferred
Strong communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Inquiring)

Responsibilities

Build relationships and sell to Market Manager and store level decision makers
Communicate effectively with multiple levels of the customer’s organization
Collaborate with internal Business Partners (Customer Account Managers, Supply Chain, Sales Execution Team) to support the development of programming that will accelerate incremental business and exceed program objectives; where applicable
Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of for your designated customer area and provide feedback to leader on market trends
Sell-in and implement local, regional, and national marketing programs
Build frontline engagement with your customer
Sell in look of success to customer and measure marketplace execution
Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
Build customer and selling capabilities within field organization
