Customer Sales and Service Intern
About The Position
Join Applied's in the Cleveland Metro area for an immersion into our US service center network. The intern will spend time learning about various aspects of our service center business, including Warehouse/Driver, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and General Manager/Service Center Manager positions. Each intern will also be assigned a project at the beginning of the experience, which will be completed during the course of the internship. The final two weeks will be dedicated to wrapping up the project and presenting the findings to the Regional Manager, General Manager, and Service Center Manager of their service center and neighboring service centers. Responsibilities
- Learn about the Warehouse/Driver Position within the service center business
- Learn about the Inside Sales Position within the service center business
- Learn about the Outside Sales Position within the service center business
- Learn about the General Manager/Service Center Manager Positions within the service center business
- Complete an assigned project during the course of the internship
- Present project findings to the Regional Manager, General Manager, and Service Center Manager of their service center and neighboring service centers
