Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic Computer Skills required
  • Attention to detail required
  • Excellent written and oral communication

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse and Distribution Center environment experience preferred
  • Experience in quality or auditing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Sort returns after arrival based on return authorization type
  • Ensure accurate review and processing of returned goods is within set procedural work methods
  • Conduct accurate, neat, and timely reporting of all audits – completing D2C returns within a 24-hour period
  • Scan garments through the customer return process for D2C, wholesale, and retail returns
  • Analyze each return to ensure accurate return criteria were followed
  • Accurately review garments for Carhartt quality compliance standards
  • Inspect garments to determine inventory disposition, i.e. first quality, irregular, thirds, or to be destroyed
  • Timely reporting of return discrepancies
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining safety, housekeeping and preventative guidelines in assigned areas
  • Report problems in work area to appropriate personnel
