You’ll help K–12 school districts succeed by solving real problems in the Synergy® Education Platform—while building technical skills (web apps, databases, troubleshooting) in a supportive team environment. As a CRC Specialist I, you’ll be an important first line of support for Edupoint clients. You’ll respond to incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and partner with internal teams to ensure customers get answers quickly and confidently.
