Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time adequately.
• High School Diploma / GED; college degree preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Attract potential customers by clarifying product and service inquiries and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Process customer orders and prepare correspondences to assure customer retention.
• Establish sustainable relationships of trust with consumers through open and interactive communication.
• Meet personal and team sales goals set by management staff.
• Place customer orders and receive confidential payment information and other pertinent information.
• Answer questions relating to warranties or terms of sale with accuracy and confidence.
• Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider and inform them of deals or sales promotions.
• Attend meetings and work hands-on with the customer service & sales management team.
