About The Position

JOB PURPOSE: The Customer Replenishment Coordinator provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Plant Manager to ensure efficient daily plant operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory balances, processing and closing invoices, updating the E2 system, coordinating shipments between facilities (including Chatsworth and Mansfield), managing raw and finished goods transactions, and supporting reporting and compliance requirements. The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, material availability, shipment coordination, and operational continuity across production, procurement, shipping, and quality functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain management from customer order entry through shipping preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (E2 preferred), Excel spreadsheets, and basic accounting functions.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (E2 or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of inventory tracking and supply chain flow.
  • Basic accounting knowledge related to invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily reporting deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish fluency preferred).
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on computer-based tasks.
  • Frequent movement between office and production floor to verify materials, inventory, and shipments.
  • Occasional lifting of office or inventory-related materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Exposure to plant noise, moving equipment, and manufacturing conditions when on the production floor.
  • Required use of appropriate PPE when entering manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities

  • Enter daily production runs into E2 and maintain accurate order status (open, closed, processed), including raw material and finished goods receipts.
  • Allocate raw materials in E2 to ensure accurate job costing and inventory control.
  • Process current-day orders and prepare next-day orders.
  • Maintain job files and manual paperwork.
  • Update the Chatsworth worksheet daily and communicate material or production needs.
  • Build Chatsworth trucks as required and receive Mansfield-to-Chatsworth transfers in E2, notifying appropriate personnel for inventory updates.
  • Coordinate intracompany and customer shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Review and verify BOLs, packing lists, tally sheets, and tracking documentation for accuracy.
  • Send BOLs and packing lists for shipments completed after shift end.
  • Complete and distribute the Daily Ship report.
  • Process sales orders and packing slips and maintain organized shipping documentation files.
  • Receive and record raw materials and finished goods; notify leadership when finished goods are fully received.
  • Monitor MA inventory balances, run backlog and T# inventory reports, and process inventory adjustments.
  • Coordinate raw and production material orders with procurement to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Review RMAs, verify returned materials, and communicate findings.
  • Process scrap material purchase orders as needed.
  • Address quality inspection issues related to Chatsworth operations and coordinate follow-up communication.
  • Conduct monthly inventories of PPE, first aid, safety, and chemical cage supplies, and complete fire extinguisher checks.
  • Support safety initiatives and ensure SQF/ISO compliance.
  • Address unbilled inquiries promptly to support accurate invoices.
  • Maintain organized filing of requisitions, work orders, invoices, BOLs, and production documentation.
  • Support invoice processing and additional operational duties as assigned.
