About The Position

We are looking to recruit a customer relationship specialist to interact with online visitors. You will be thoroughly trained on how to interact with potential customers and existing customers using state-of-the-art live chat software. All interaction will take place online or over the phone. You will love our brand new, luxurious office space.

Requirements

  • 45+ WPM typing speed
  • Friendly customer service
  • Pleasant telephone voice and a controlled, welcoming attitude at all times
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Highly developed sense of commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Professionally & promptly communicate with website visitors via live chat software
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and handle them accordingly
  • Appropriately represent the company via social media and any other communication
  • Keep track of all new orders and update with tracking information, handle refunds, etc.
  • Use social media to recruit new customers during downtime
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
  • Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking
