About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CSM) with strong delivery experience and working knowledge of AI/ML data services. This role is critical in ensuring successful customer satisfaction, delivery oversight, and revenue growth across key enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate understands AI data operations, specifically data curation & collection, supervised fine tuning served by Remote Crowd services. You will serve as the trusted advisor between customers, operations, and technical teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and long-term partnership growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Program/Delivery Management of Remote Crowd projects.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML data services or AI model development lifecycle
  • Experience with data annotation platforms, AI model training workflows, or data operations environments
  • Experience negotiation with enterprice client Procurement Departments on pricing.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting customers in GenAI, LLMs, or AI model evaluation
  • Background in AI data platforms
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and Remote Crowd projects.
  • Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, quality frameworks, and AI safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned AI/ML enterprise accounts
  • Develop strong executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction (CSAT), and expansion opportunities
  • Drive QBRs on-site at Clients office, and discover future outsourcing project plans.
  • Understand core AI data workflows including: Data annotation & labeling RLHF and human-in-the-loop processes Model evaluation & benchmarking Safety and alignment services Multilingual data operations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support contract renewals and commercial discussions
  • Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams on account strategy
