About The Position

The Customer Relations Management Data Associate supports the daily operations of the Educational Partnership and Business Development departments. Working closely with department chiefs and managers, this role provides data review, entry, and administrative support to ensure the effective execution of office operations, partnership development, retention efforts, and project initiatives. The position is responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining data across multiple databases to ensure accurate and reliable recordkeeping. Additional duties include organizing files and collecting and managing data used for projections and sales analysis, enabling informed decision-making by the teams. The CRM Data Clerk also provides customer relationship management (CRM) support to the sales, success, and business development teams to enhance data dashboards and a consistent reporting cadence on a weekly, monthly and quarterly sequence. 50% of this role will be supporting Business Development and 50% of the role will be supporting Educational Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, or equivalent college courses, preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.
  • Experience with report configurations in Excel (pivot tables and visuals).
  • Experience in writing technical code.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in an open suite, highly collaborative environment.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and technical skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and keep up with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work closely with the Chief/Manager in order to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Create spreadsheets, reports, sequences, and dashboard visuals to track important customer information and orders. Run daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in CRMs and assist other team members as required.
  • Utilize Tools (Burbio/grants/state initiatives) to project sales opportunities and resources for funding opportunities.
  • Design data systems (daily, weekly, monthly reports) to track longitudinal and predict future trends.
  • Generate comparison data between identified time periods.
  • Basic understanding of and ability to interpret relational data.
  • Survey analysis.
  • Maintains database(s) by entering new and updated customer and account information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Combines data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete.
  • Purges files to eliminate data duplication and follow data entry standards.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide administrative support in ways to visually represent data.
  • Report on trend data, key findings of process effectiveness, and provide impact of the data.
