About The Position

Strata Networks is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in our Roosevelt, Utah retail location. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers—whether they’re calling in, walking through our doors, or exploring new services. You’ll assist with billing questions, account changes, and service requests while also promoting Strata’s products and solutions. Every interaction is a chance to create a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus a Business Degree or 2–5 years of customer service, sales, or retail experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solver who can quickly identify issues and solutions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with 90% accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and in-person
  • Assist customers with billing questions, new service requests, disconnects, and account changes
  • Complete service applications and gather required customer information
  • Investigate credit references for new customers
  • Process accurate billing updates for service changes
  • Greet all customers with professionalism, warmth, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Promote and sell Strata Networks’ products and services
  • Build strong knowledge of all company offerings
  • Collaborate as a team player across departments
  • Support company goals and strategic objectives
  • Take on additional duties as needed
