Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a way that feels natural, helpful, and professional
• Ask the right questions to understand lifestyle, needs, and buying motivations
• Present RV options, features, and add-ons in a clear and engaging way
• Guide customers through the full experience—from first interaction to final decision
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers via phone, text, and email
• Manage and prioritize your pipeline using our CRM system
• Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Stay organized, proactive, and accountable to your individual performance
