About The Position

As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be on-site 5 days a week and at the heart of our customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and top-tier service. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide solutions, build relationships, and keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

1-2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Experience working with an ERP system, preferably Epicor
A team-player attitude with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Manage order entry, updates, and rush requests with accuracy
Work closely with scheduling, production, and freight teams to ensure smooth deliveries
Assist customers with pricing, quoting, and product inquiries
Support the team with administrative tasks and customer communications
