Establish and develop relationships with new and current consumer and business customers in support of First Western Bank & Trust’s sales and service objectives while adhering to the bank’s culture of customer service excellence. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in person or on the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner Properly identify each customer in accordance with bank policy and uphold confidentiality of customer and proprietary information Establish solid relationships with new and current consumer and business customers through identifying needs, providing the best bank products and services for customer’s financial needs, and using cross-sell and referral opportunities Open and manage consumer accounts including Individual Retirement Accounts; Health Savings Accounts; checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, and safe deposit accounts Open and manage business accounts including checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, and safe deposit accounts Assist customers with account maintenance; includes name changes, address changes, deposit product changes, and CD renewals, and signer changes for business accounts Assist customers with debit card maintenance; includes create instant issue cards as needed, create disputes for erroneous transactions, apply limit changes, research transaction issues. Assist customer with credit card maintenance; includes card issuance as needed, create disputes for erroneous transactions, research transaction issues, answer general questions, apply payments received
