City Ventures is looking for an individual who has a unique combination of Customer Relations/Service and Residential Construction knowledge. The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the quality of the construction of homes in a project and the warranty of homes in a set area. They are responsible for 100% completion of homes in each project within specific quality standard guidelines set by City Ventures. The key job objective is to deliver to the homeowners, world-class customer service that will translate in repeat/referral business.
