About The Position

Customer Experience Coordinator Be the friendly voice. Be the connection. Be the reason guests come back. As our Customer Experience Coordinator , you’re the first hello and the lasting impression for guests calling any of our Kocourek locations. You’ll help schedule service appointments, answer questions, and keep our guests connected to the right people—while making every interaction feel easy, positive, and personal. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment, loves checking things off a to-do list, and brings great energy to every conversation. You’ll play a key role in driving service retention, showroom traffic, and overall guest satisfaction across all five Kocourek locations. Responsibilities

  • Creating a standout guest experience
  • Answer and route incoming calls for all five Kocourek locations with speed and professionalism
  • Schedule routine service appointments that keep guests coming back
  • Follow up with guests via call, email, or text who haven’t been in for service since their purchase
  • Send appointment reminders so guests stay on track
  • Driving engagement & retention
  • Complete daily VIN-based service retention tasks
  • Monitor online chats and schedule appointments based on guest requests
  • Help increase showroom traffic by connecting guests with the right sales team
  • Managing our online presence
  • Oversee online chats across all websites and ensure timely follow-up
  • Manage Google My Business and website updates for assigned locations
  • Monitor and respond to GMB reviews and social media comments
  • Regularly review website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Help plan dealership events and share creative ideas for marketing and social media
  • Assist with photos and videos for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Support the team with administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and shredding
