As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat behind our seamless service—answering calls, connecting clients, and helping with financial and billing questions, all while championing a positive, supportive atmosphere in healthcare. If you’re energized by making a real impact and love helping others, HSS is the place for you! Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism. Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account questions. Process payments, set up payment plans, and review accounts for accuracy. Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records. Educate patients on equipment use and troubleshooting. Support the team with administrative tasks and share findings or trends with supervisors. Assist with other duties as needed to support our mission and values.
