POSITION SUMMARY : Customer relations specialist. This position is suited for a technician who is comfortable handling high level patient interactions. This technician must be prepared to work as the face of the pharmacy for many patients who require special attention. Candidates must be comfortable with one on one interaction with patients in the waiting area, initiating and maintaining contact with patients, concierge services, complex billing processes, they will need to have a good grasp of medication synchronization. They will be expected to engage in soliciting patient feedback by enlisting surveys, managing that information, and reporting out on results. Handling provider inquires on high level patients, submitting and following up on P.A request. This candidate should be prepared to deal with multiple interactions and the various scenarios that may occur on a day to day basis to maintain patient satisfaction. The Technician III is responsible for providing high quality patient focused pharmacy services. Will also provide training and oversight for pharmacy Technicians I & II.
