About The Position

The position involves applying payments to customer accounts, specifically for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and manufacturing (MFG) receivables. The role also includes reconciling the relevant general ledger accounts for assigned Kroger divisions. Responsibilities

• Apply payments to appropriate customer receivables
• Research and resolve unapplied cash entries
• Reconcile applicable general ledger accounts
• Research and respond to customer/store/division inquiries
• Assist in collection efforts and write off approved uncollectible customer receivables
• Complete period end processing for customer receivables
