Handling the customer complaints and concerns with Customer Quality Engineer on OEM product. 9. Guide and assistant the production management group to focus on identifying and controlling potential fail risk of OEM product. III. Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties 1Work with new product development team to coordinate new product sample inspection: 1.1 Attend regular meetings with new product development team to discuss new product sample production schedule and shipping schedule; 1.2 Participate in the new product development process to verify that all applicable requirements are addressed fully; 1.3 Verify part quality standard and inspection requirements are identified, allocated to and executed by relevant product design and development efforts; 1.4 Determine product audit sample receiving date and estimate inspection completion date. 2Develop appropriate part quality inspection plans: 2.1 Propose appropriate part quality inspection plans according to the new product development timelines; 2.2 Work with tooling engineers and lab technicians to develop necessary testing tools to perform product inspection. 3Control the new product sample receiving and inspection process: 3.1 Verify all product testing standards, procedures, methods, equipment, and tools are appropriate for the inspection; 3.2 Monitor sample inspection process, evaluate quality issues found in the process and address any concerns; 3.3 Coordinate internal and off-site lab resources to conduct necessary tests; 3.4 Keep racking testing progress and resolve problems that may occur in the process. 4Conclude the OEM product sample inspection efforts, collect inspection data and perform result analysis: 4.1 Track and document the completion of all inspection duties and certify the completion of qualified OEM product delivery to customer; 4.2 Summary inspection defect findings, develop defect trends and gather concerns that OEM product inspectors may have during inspection; 4.3 Compile final product inspection report and make sure customer's specific requirements and internal standards are met; 5Analyze root causes for defects and update production quality control plan with Advance Quality Engineer and Process Engineer: 5.1 Communicate with production team regarding issues found during the inspection; 5.2 Analyze root causes of defects; 5.3 Work with product development team to impel production team to develop correction/preventative action; 5.4 Update the production quality control plan when necessary and perform training for related associates. 6Monitor implementation process of improvement methods and perform effectiveness verification: 6.1 Monitor and confirm improvement methods are being implemented accurately and fully; 6.2 Perform Product Validation Testing and Regulatory Testing to verify the effectiveness of implemented improvement methods 7Handling the customer complaints and concerns with Advanced Quality Engineer during the new product development phase. 7.1 Investigate issues and concerns customers may have for new product sample quality 7.2 Find root causes of defect occurrence 7.3 Respond customers with containment methods and improvement plans 7.4 Monitor execution of continuous improvement plan 8Handling the customer complaints and concerns with Customer Quality Engineer on OEM product. 8.1 Lead production team to start internal sorting once receive customer complaint 8.2 Investigate issues and concerns customers may have with other function across department 8.3 Find root causes of defect occurrence 8.4 Find an effective containment methods and improvement plans to production team for further process control 8.5 Monitor execution of continuous improvement plan 9Guide and assistant the production management group to focus on identifying and controlling potential fail risk of OEM product. 9.1 Identify product potential fail risk base on daily process control 9.2 Identify product potential fail risk from inspector performance 9.3 Revise non-standardized operation work of on-side cooperators 9.4 Guide production management group to build a OEM product quality awareness for preventing any potential customer complaint IⅤ. ExperienceExperienced in quality engineer area EducationBachelor degree or above (The mechanical and electrical major is preferred) Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a.
