Key Areas of Responsibility • Act as a focal point between sales, project team, supply chain and order processing/invoicing team to maintain proactive communications and update status of ongoing deliverables and initiatives. • Effectively drive the execution of internal processes across sourcing, fulfillment, and manufacturing teams to meet customer commit dates. • Forecast customer(s) level revenue and cost to determine project profitability. • Utilize p level loading, capacity, and lead times to balance customer request dates and order scheduled ship dates while ensuring realistic fulfillment expectations. • Engage with sales and project teams on new opportunities and provide input to proposed project, order, and fulfillment processes to meet customer requirements within policy/budget. • Drive projects for continuous improvement or new capabilities as necessary. • Maintain schedules and document deviations and escalations as necessary. • Interface with scheduling and execution teams to address supplier and delivery exceptions that may interfere with customer expectations; updating schedule ship dates and scheduled arrival dates and/or order promise dates as necessary. • Ensure on time updates and data maintenance in internal systems as it relates to above responsibilities. • Daily/weekly/quarterly tracking of all assigned orders and communicate status appropriately to key stakeholders. • Work closely with buyers, suppliers, and various distribution center teams to proactively identify and resolve potential project risk. • Work closely with Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. • Ensures all projects, orders and delivery lines are invoice eligible in line with revenue recognition targets. • Ensure compliance with NCR policies for revenue recognition and specific contractual terms. • Contribute weekly to revenue assurance and project status meetings.

Requirements

  • 2 years+ of related experience in project coordination and customer relations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including strong Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s).
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and build relationships with people across a wide variety of levels, cultures, and time zones.
  • Possess a high degree of skill in relationship management and leadership capabilities to get issues resolved for the customer.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work non-standard business hours as required by cycle of project (this is a non-standard occurrence).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle preferred.
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain.
  • Ability to drive efficiencies in margin improvement within assigned accounts preferred.
  • Proven experience with the sales contract negotiating process preferred.
