Summary As a Customer Project Associate, you’ll help keep key customer and operational projects moving forward so APS can continue delivering safe, reliable, and affordable energy across Arizona. You will coordinate Level 1 and Level 2 projects, ensuring teams stay aligned and critical milestones are met on time. What your day would be like Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure progress, alignment, and timely delivery of goals. Develop and maintain detailed work plans that track schedules, milestones, and key deliverables. Monitor expenditures and cash flow to help projects stay within budget and support responsible resource use. Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, gather updates, and keep communication flowing. Support continuous improvement by identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and helping teams stay on course. Who we’re looking for Experience coordinating projects or operational workflows in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage tight timelines and shifting priorities. Clear communicator who builds trust, engages diverse perspectives, and helps teams succeed together.
