About The Position

The Customer Program Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships—particularly with intermediate to complex accounts—by consistently providing high‑quality service and support. In this role, you will: Maintain an advanced working knowledge of customer operations, sales policies, internal processes, and contract administration. Leverage internal partnerships to investigate, resolve, and reconcile customer issues. Perform key account administration tasks including bin maintenance, managing backorders, processing RMAs, prioritizing orders, releasing orders, and more. Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3–5 years of combined Sales and Customer Service experience
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
