About The Position

Based in Boulder, Colorado, Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric has proudly served the community since 1982. We specialize in residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services—and we’re looking for dedicated full-time team members to join our growing company. As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you’ll proactively connect with homeowners to keep our schedule full and our customers happy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and turning conversations into booked appointments.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable on the phone and confident speaking with homeowners
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills (CRM, scheduling software, email)
• Ability to handle objections and turn “not sure” into “let’s book it”
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred (home services a plus)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to existing and prospective customers
• Follow up on service inquiries, estimates, and unscheduled leads
• Schedule appointments for residential services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Educate customers on maintenance plans, seasonal services, and promotions
• Maintain accurate customer notes in our CRM system
• Provide a warm, professional experience that builds trust and loyalty
• Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and management to ensure smooth service
