About The Position

Customer Out-Reach Team Member PRIMARY DUTIES: Effectively sell Company products to new and existing direct buying retailers (DBRs) Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas Meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators such as onboarding new DBRs and sales revenue Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships Recommend product assortments and improvements Facilitate custom artwork and lighter designs internally as needed Handle grievances while preserving Company reputation Effectively balance new lead generation versus follow up efforts This is an office hourly LG 5, full on-site position reporting to Sapphire Sandomierski Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism; establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during all interactions Engage potential customers in dialogue that presents opportunities Effectively offer promotions/programs to DBRs, such as gift with purchase and manager incentive Act as a product consultant while promoting, recommending, and selling the value of Company products Maintain records in Salesforce and Monday.com to ensure all connections with direct buying retailers are performed in a timely manner Expert use of order entry software (Zippo Gateway and AX) Create a strong follow up plan regarding the frequency and priority that customers will be contacted, allowing for greater efficiency and increased sales Maintain records of calls, emails, and sales data, noting any useful information Maintain a working relationship with Sales Managers, Associates, and Coordinators to offer premium service to customers (i.e., assisting in the selection of catalog parts, providing sales feedback about DBRs, completing RMAs and Credits as needed, etc.) Act as a coordinator for the creation and distribution of emails campaigns and short videos Ensure database information (monday.com, Zippo Gateway, Sales Force, MS Excel) is accurate and complete Perform other duties and special assignments as directed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in a sales related role, preferably in B2B Sales
  • Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent telephone etiquette-personable and friendly tone of voice
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain calm and collected
  • Knowledge of AX operating system (a plus)
