Heatcraft Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Magna Industrial and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling. The Customer Order Support I provides support to designated customers to create orders and monitor process from PO creation through order delivery. Primary communications are over the phone, and calls are basic and routine.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
  • Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
  • Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

Responsibilities

  • Processes standard orders based on customer requests.
  • Checks on pricing and availability of products.
  • Partners with shipping department to ensure timeliness in completion, and proactively reaches out to customers if there are any changes to the shipping schedule.
  • Uses CRM and other systems tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. Orders processed are for singular parts and do not require internal consulting to address needs.
  • Assists with warranty and replacing parts damaged upon receipt.
  • Builds relationship with assigned customers.

Benefits

  • Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $38,000 - $49,350 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
