This Position reports to: Business Excellence Manager In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders through our factory/cross functional processes, driving accurate pricing, date management, on time delivery and all customer communications. Each day, you will Ensure commercial activities align with factory and corporate commercial policies and SOPs/procedures. The work model for this role is: Onsite

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or related discipline) OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of customer/project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently, including in remote settings, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams) and experienced with SAP.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, ISO9001 QMS environments and project management principles.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Order Management & Documentation: Review and process customer orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy of pricing and documentation, and resolution of discrepancies prior to order entry.
  • Engineering & Release Coordination: Manage engineering approvals and drive manufacturing releases in alignment with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with field and traffic teams to schedule and execute timely, accurate customer deliveries.
  • Customer Support & Continuous Improvement: Oversee project lifecycle support, including issue resolution and post-sales service, while driving cross-functional process and tool improvements.
