In the position of Customer Operations Representative, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for finished goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing in SAP. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency. This role involves entering, validating, and maintaining customer orders in SAP, ensuring pricing, quantities, and delivery dates are accurate. You will also collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order issues and communicate proactively on delays or changes. A key part of the role is to provide timely updates to customers on order status, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or complaints. Additionally, you will prepare reports for internal stakeholders and participate in projects to improve order management processes.
