This Customer Service Representative works at our North America headquarters facility in Sumner, WA

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to deal with adverse situations positively.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales, or operations experience.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and databases).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic, positive attitude and dedication to building strong customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Helly Hansen brand and experience in the outdoor apparel industry is preferred.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge, confirm, enter, process, and monitor customer orders.
  • Proactively communicate with our wholesale customers and/or sales representatives about any issues concerning their orders (product quality, order tracking, availability of product/product delays, shipping/delivery issues, billing, etc.), providing prompt responses and problem-solving to find solutions.
  • Provide frequent order status updates to customers and sales representatives.
  • Provide customer support electronically or by phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Establish and maintain accurate account details for customers.
  • Process returns, including warranty claims.
  • Provide product information to customers and identify opportunities to sell/upsell.
