About The Position

We are now looking for a Customer & Operations Coordinator based in the United States to support our growing operations. This role is central to our organization and serves as the main point of contact for customers, schools, companies, educators, and consultants. You will manage inquiries, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative processes related to staffing, projects, and educational collaborations.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or operations
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in english
  • A proactive, service oriented, and detail-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within education, consulting, staffing, or professional services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on incoming inquiries from schools, companies, and partners
  • Act as the primary contact for new and existing customers
  • Schedule, coordinate, and participate in meetings
  • Manage requests related to educators, internships, projects, and consultants
  • Coordinate assignments with educators, consultants, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and process flows
