About The Position

Since its founding in 2017, Prometheum has leveraged its deep expertise in securities law, blockchain and trading to create a compliant ecosystem for digital asset securities that enables all investors to seamlessly invest in digital assets securities. Prometheum has relied on its strong diverse team to build the tools to service digital asset securities. To date, Prometheum has built multiple broker-dealers traversing novel areas and a large technology stack (intersecting trading, blockchain, compliance, etc.). We continue to grow and are looking for hardworking individuals that can contribute to our already great fintech company culture as we traverse new and exciting areas that require excellent problem solving skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience using Agile tools such as Zendesk.
  • Active FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99 licenses required.
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with clients to deliver efficient, frictionless onboarding experiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end customer onboarding experience.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks related to client onboarding processes.
  • Ensure onboarding activities comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate exemplary conduct and adherence to the group’s values and Code of Conduct.
  • Partner with clients across the full front-to-back lifecycle, including RFP participation, onboarding execution, due diligence, documentation, and successful go-lives.
  • Own and drive all aspects of client onboarding and account setup.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans capturing all operational, technical, and regulatory aspects of onboarding.
  • Establish effective governance and communication channels with both internal stakeholders and clients to ensure transparency around status, milestones, risks, and blockers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, Business Development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
