Customer Onboarding Specialist 🧑‍🎓 That is why we are expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a new Customer Onboarding Specialist to support our growing user base across North America. You will focus on helping customers get the very best start with our platform. Our mission is to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience that leaves every user feeling confident and supported. We are looking for people who are passionate about guiding customers and creating a truly world class experience You will both onboard customers through weekly Webinar series, 1:1 meetings, and Email campaigns, but also take meetings with customers adopting and using the tool during & after onboarding. Within the Customer Success department, you will be working with Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Onboarding Specialists, Digital Success Managers, and Promote Specialists, who are located all around the world.

Requirements

  • Experience in onboarding and technical customer support in the SaaS industry
  • Experience in the HR industry
  • A hobby "tech-savvy" person

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers effectively.
  • Host weekly onboarding webinars.
  • Offer personalized one-on-one enterprise onboarding.
  • Make sure customers use the product well during onboarding.
  • Meet one-on-one with customers throughout their journey with us.
  • Create onboarding materials.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback.
  • Collaborative to improve our customer onboarding process.
