The Opportunities You’ll Have to Learn & Grow: Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure timely, successful setup of products and services Be the primary point of contact during onboarding and build strong, trust-based relationships Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Customer Education, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience Educate customers on system use and best practices to drive adoption and long-term value Identify and address potential challenges early in the onboarding process Troubleshoot onboarding issues, escalating as needed Collaborate with the Customer Success team for a smooth post-onboarding transition Occasional travel (1–2 times/year) to corporate locations Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring to the Role: 3–4 years of experience in customer onboarding or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment Strong ability to guide clients through product activation, relationship-building, and onboarding success Proven cross-functional collaboration skills that ensure a personalized onboarding experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite Familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA B2Gnow provides a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance as a full-time employee: Comprehensive Coverage from Day One: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begin on your first day of full-time employment.
