About The Position

The Customer Migrations Representative primary responsibility is to prepare, co-ordinate and execute Customer Migrations, whilst being the liaison to customers migrating to our Unify Platform, onboarding and supporting these customers ensuring customer needs are addressed quickly and effectively. This is a temporary position with a target length of a two-year term. subject to change based on company needs and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum professional experience of 1 year in the commercial area or customer service (B2B experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with a "can do" attitude
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to clearly articulate technical requirements and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work hands-on with team
  • Proactive & Resilient
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across various areas of the business, including effective communication with people of different backgrounds and levels
  • Ability to deal with matters that carry a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, able to present to the highest level
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and plan work activities independently

Responsibilities

  • Represent the organization in a liaison role with each customer that requires migration
  • Analyze each customer in preparation for migration
  • Engage Customer as per agreed processes to Initiate their Migration
  • Execute the integration between Legacy Systems and our new Platform
  • Analyze integration to ensure accuracy of data in our new Platform
  • Plan and Conduct Training on our Platform and relevant Apps
  • Handhold the Customer Experience
  • Ensure Comprehensive hand over is completed with Customer Success for each Customer
