About The Position

Clorox is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join the CloroxPro team, our B2B Business Unit within the Clorox Company. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives with our top distributor partners and executing programs that align with CloroxPro’s core priorities. You will manage marketing budgets across major distributor networks and leverage these resources to develop and implement impactful customer marketing plans. In addition, you will provide marketing support for the CloroxPro National broker. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, Commercial, Marketing Engagement, R&D, and Legal. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrives in a team environment.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills that drive conviction with key stakeholders
  • 5-10 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Prior Business to Business (B2B) Sales &/or Trade / Customer Marketing / ecommerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer marketing relationship with LEC distributors
  • Drive strategic full funnel marketing plans for LEC distributors.
  • Leverage customer journeys and vertical/industry insights to elevate the customer marketing activation plans and deliver on CloroxPro National priorities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the customers to enable long-term partnership success.
  • Lead demand plan development for LEC distributor accounts:
  • Develop 18-month strategic marketing activation plans that deliver on commercial team priorities and support product launches.
  • Lead creative development of marketing assets to support activation plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, creative, commercial, sales, revenue marketing, R&D) to enable success.
  • Provide strategic marketing support for the key CloroxPro broker.
  • Develop customized assets to drive support of the CloroxPro priorities in a relevant way with the broker audience.
