Collaboration is key at Flagstone Foods, and we are looking for an agile and creative leader to work cross functionally and deliver profitable growth for the organization. In this Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for developing short and long-term strategies and plans that maximize volume and profitability for assigned customers in partnership with the VP of Marketing, Sales, and the cross-functional team. You will act as the thought leader for product and portfolio management activities, initiating and leading creative solutions across the 4Ps to win with customers and consumers. You will serve as a cross-functional leader, engaging and inspiring the extended team and managing resources and priorities to deliver against customer objectives, commercializing new products as well as achieving overall Company objectives.
