About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Lifecycle Specialist to support our existing customers and help them get ongoing value from our products. In this role, you’ll guide customers through their product lifecycle needs—such as consumable replenishment and calibration scheduling—while ensuring they have a smooth, consistent experience at every stage.

Requirements

  • You are a self-starter with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
  • You are naturally curious, empathetic, and passionate about helping customers succeed
  • You excel at creating strong, long-term partnerships and can influence at all levels.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Comfortable explaining product needs such as consumables and calibration cycles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with technical products or lifecycle-based services is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers stay successful long after purchase.
  • Help drive smooth product usage, timely calibration, and proper consumable replenishment.
  • Support customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns and recommend appropriate consumables and calibration services.
  • Provide guidance on product care, lifecycle needs, and best practices.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure customers are achieving full value.
  • Help customers place orders when replenishment or service is needed.
  • Coordinate with Support, Service, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Keep CRM notes, reminders, and lifecycle timelines organized and up to date.
