About The Position

Tenaska Marketing Ventures (TMV) is seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Customer Integration Associate to support and enhance the customer experience within our natural gas operations. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their career in the energy industry while building expertise in customer integration, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with commercial, operational, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high-level of professionalism. Responsibilities include assisting with new customer onboarding, supporting customer deliverables, and helping resolve issues, while developing the ability to interpret contracts and leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to build foundational knowledge of TMV’s Gas Management System (GMS) and industry best practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine weekly and monthly tasks that support TMV’s Customer Connect Portal, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Help gather and organize customer data for analysis, learning to identify basic trends and patterns that support customer solutions.
  • Support the optimization of service processes by preparing written documentation of customer interactions, procedures, processes and/or project work as needed.
  • Assist in testing, validation and documentation when enhancements are made to TMV’s Customer Connect Portal and supporting reports.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for routine customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • Learn to use TMV’s Gas Management System (GMS) and related tools to facilitate basic service requests and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help deliver customer reports, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of information.
  • Assist with onboarding and maintenance tasks for the Customer Connect Portal, including user setup and troubleshooting common issues.
