The Privia Platform is led by top industry talent and exceptional physician leadership, and consists of scalable operations and end-to-end, cloud-based technology that reduces unnecessary healthcare costs, achieves better outcomes, and improves the health of patients and the well-being of providers Privia’s Technology Integration team gets our new providers up and running within the Privia ecosystem and provides ongoing IT support for providers and Privia teams. Our team is specifically responsible for coordinating all the work related to a new practice joining Privia – the team is the ‘quarterback’ for all IT onboarding activities: assessment of current IT equipment, installation of new hardware before go-live, implementation of interfaces to other healthcare partners (e.g. LabCorp and Quest), and migration of data from legacy systems into Privia. The team manages projects in all Privia markets across the country. This role, Technology Integration Associate, is specifically responsible for managing concurrent IT implementation projects, onboarding process improvement, and leading interface integration projects. The role reports to the Manager of Technology Integration. The Technology Integration Associate plays a key role in the practice onboarding process by coordinating tasks across multiple teams and ensuring everything moves forward smoothly. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, the Associate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, spot risks early, escalate issues appropriately, and keep communication clear and consistent. This role is best suited for a proactive project manager who anticipates needs, meets milestones, and works effectively within a cross-functional team. They should be confident explaining how technology supports providers, engaging comfortably with both medical professionals and vendors. Because the role involves frequent interaction with doctors and their staff, strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance, help providers make informed decisions, and drive accountability to ensure tasks are completed on time and at a high standard. They are naturally curious, eager to learn new skills, and thrive as problem solvers who get things done with persistence and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing projects involving multiple teams
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or a technical product environment
  • 1+ years of healthcare domain experience
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations and all other State and Federal rules, regulations and statutes, as well as with community and industry standards relating to privacy and confidentiality
  • Consulting skills and customer-oriented attitude, proven track record in establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and vendors
  • Intense intellectual curiosity and an ability to view problems with a fresh perspective
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Patience and persistence to sift through complex data to get to the core knowledge and understanding of project success.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of healthcare interfacing concepts and HL7 standards preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with various teams to ensure alignment and effective communication on key initiatives.
  • Hold IT Orientation and project meetings with care centers
  • Coordinate with Field Services for site activities and related hardware
  • Handle IT quotes and associated discussions
  • Coordinate interface projects with third parties and be a consulting resource on workflow
  • Coordinate legacy data conversion projects including support of data quality activities
  • Provide occasional training related to these core duties
  • Constantly provide feedback and updates to processes to improve outcomes, reduce errors, and maximize communication to stakeholders
