Our team is specifically responsible for coordinating all the work related to a new practice joining Privia – the team is the ‘quarterback’ for all IT onboarding activities: assessment of current IT equipment, installation of new hardware before go-live, implementation of interfaces to other healthcare partners (e.g. LabCorp and Quest), and migration of data from legacy systems into Privia. The team manages projects in all Privia markets across the country. This role, Technology Integration Associate, is specifically responsible for managing concurrent IT implementation projects, onboarding process improvement, and leading interface integration projects. The role reports to the Manager of Technology Integration. The Technology Integration Associate plays a key role in the practice onboarding process by coordinating tasks across multiple teams and ensuring everything moves forward smoothly. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, the Associate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, spot risks early, escalate issues appropriately, and keep communication clear and consistent. This role is best suited for a proactive project manager who anticipates needs, meets milestones, and works effectively within a cross-functional team. They should be confident explaining how technology supports providers, engaging comfortably with both medical professionals and vendors. Because the role involves frequent interaction with doctors and their staff, strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance, help providers make informed decisions, and drive accountability to ensure tasks are completed on time and at a high standard. They are naturally curious, eager to learn new skills, and thrive as problem solvers who get things done with persistence and professionalism.
