About The Position

Responsible for design, implementation and/or operation of solutions to address identity related risks and company’s identity management platform. Work closely with Cybersecurity, Global Technology, and Business teams to ensure the operational effectiveness of security solutions, as well as rolling out additional capabilities that further the company’s IAM efforts. Involved with the strategy, design, plan, and execution of new initiatives and improvements to existing solutions and processes. Define and implement critical system monitoring capabilities, responding to end user issues, monitoring and responding to system alerts and warnings, and identifying and executing operational improvements. Collect key performance indicators and related operational metrics, and track SLAs used to validate success as well as future areas of improvement. Enhance the company’s Identity solutions making them more secure, more user friendly, and more efficient. Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Control and monitor the identity lifecycle process for the firm’s workforce; making sure that identity lifecycle automation is performing as expected and handle exception processes to align people, identities, and accounts. Educate end users on the use of IAM related tools and processes. Manages a small to mid-sized team consisting of lower level Managers (M2) and seasoned Professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. Responsibilities typically include: Implementing function (ex. Data Analytics, IT Architecture, etc) and Division policies and strategies for short-term results (1 year or less). Handling problems that are difficult and moderately complex. Influencing others outside of own function regarding function policies, practices and procedures. Interfacing with other leadership and stakeholders within function and throughout the business.

Requirements

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
