About The Position

The Customer Fulfillment Supervisor is the warehouse supervisor who will oversee warehouse inventory, staff and product quality. Supervisory Responsibilities: Assists Branch Manager with hiring and training of new employees. Schedules and oversees warehouse staff. Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations. Maintain quality standards for incoming materials, in-process production, finished products and recording the results Duties / Responsibilities: Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy. Conducts physical inventory counts, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. Replenishes stock and inventory as needed. Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse. Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule. Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between branch locations. Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices. Enforces equipment operating instructions and safety policies. Operates fork lift and other warehouse equipment. Resolves routine equipment issues. Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs Reading and completing PPAPs and related documentation Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in business or similar discipline preferred.
