Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Customer Fleet Specialist (CFS) to support the Americas and Europe Region. The CFS will work closely with Customer Fleet Directors (CFD) and Customer Focus Teams (CFT) to drive customer satisfaction by managing issues the customer may experience operating and maintaining P&W products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years’ experience in an aerospace business in a customer focused role.
  • understanding of commercial engine business, as is knowledge of commercial turbofan design, development, operation or overhaul / repair.
  • Or an Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience as listed above

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining shop visit forecasts for customer specific P&W powered fleets.
  • Working with the customer, P&W, the airframers and other related organizations to develop and execute fleet management plans aimed at resolving fleet technical issues.
  • Assisting in communicating plans and coordinating resources required to mitigate operational disruptions and AOG’s.
  • Proactively managing emerging fleet technical issues.
  • Preparation of technical presentations.
  • Managing the customer relationship to ensure seamless service, measuring customer satisfaction using formal and informal customer feedback.
  • Driving internal organizations’ action plans, and continuously monitoring and providing customer input to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Working closely with P&W Engine Services in the management of Fleet Management Plans (FMPs) and other long-term agreements.
  • Working with customer, PW Sales and internal organizations to develop support proposals to address non-contractual concessionary claims.
  • Identifying and communicating sales and service opportunities to appropriate business unit and / or sales directors.
  • Direct engagement with CBO Culture Council, weekly CFD meeting, Field Rep Council and other CBO-related forums.
