About The Position

Join a leading healthcare technology team as a Field Service Engineer and become the first line of support for our customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting drug dispensing machines that help ensure patient safety. You’ll also train clients and serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring top-quality service and long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Willing to travel 30–70% of the time for service and training.
  • Able to work on-call, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (kneeling, reaching, handling tools).
  • Valid driver’s license with excellent record.
  • Associate degree in technical field or 1–3 years of industry experience (preferred).
  • Background in engineering, HVAC, automotive, or electro-mechanical service.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical data.
  • Proficient with computers, both hardware and software.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency service on pharmacy systems.
  • Install new machines and report product quality issues.
  • Coordinate with movers, electricians, and techs for installations.
  • Conduct product training for users, including light maintenance.
  • Perform quality checks and system performance evaluations.
  • Repair or replace small parts and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and expense reports.
  • Report technical issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate updates and findings with internal teams and clients.
