About The Position

Are you detail-oriented, service-driven, and motivated by helping others? LeeSar and Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) are seeking a Customer Experience Support Specialist to support our Customer Experience team and serve as a key connection point for members, internal departments, and end users. In this role, you’ll help ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination across customer inquiries, recall activity, and basic discrepancy resolution—playing an important part in delivering dependable service to our healthcare partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Word, Excel, data entry)
  • A dependable, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new systems

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, distribution, receiving, or administrative support (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for basic customer inquiries, order status updates, and product questions
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-focused approach in all communications
  • Provide backup support to the Customer Experience team during high-volume periods
  • Support recall processing, documentation, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain recall tracking logs and verify item quantities
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Distribution, and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate information flow
  • Review basic receiving discrepancies and verify supporting documentation
  • Update discrepancy logs and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Communicate with internal departments to support timely resolution
  • Enter notes and updates into internal systems (Elite, WMS, DMS, workflow tools)
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism in all work
